As part of the pilot tests at the industrial sites of PJSC Bashneft in Ufa, IFO reagents were supplied to protect oil refining equipment from corrosion. Reagent treatment was carried out at 9 primary oil refining units ELOU-AVT (CDU / VDU – atmospheric crude distillation unit/vacuum distillation unit) of Bashneft-UNPZ, Bashneft-Novoil and Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim. During the tests, the target indicators for corrosion protection were achieved.
Our company’s technologists in close cooperation with plant specialists continuously monitored the technical and quality characteristics of the processing. New coupon holders were manufactured and provided to control corrosion rates.
IFO corrosion inhibitor, neutralizer and demulsifier have proven their effectiveness in Bashkir oils. Thanks to this, in 2023 our company became a single supplier of reagents for corrosion protection of PJSOC Bashneft primary oil refining units.
IFOTOP LLC reagents for oil and gas processing have been successfully introduced and applied at most enterprises in Russia and in the CIS countries. New implementations and tests are currently ongoing.
